NEX body combines performance and playability
A proprietary body shape developed by Takamine, the NEX body style is essentially a scaled-down jumbo. Extremely comfortable to play (especially for smaller players) the NEX body style brings a silky balance to a guitar's tone that lends itself especially well to vocal accompaniment. The NEX body style, while small, will provide you with full-sized sound whether you're onstage or unplugged.

A full-featured preamp system, the GN20CE-NS's TP4T electronics provide you with a handy onboard tuner plus an active shelving EQ with bass, middle, and treble sliders. It also sports a low battery indicator, which is actually even more useful than you might think. And since the preamp is switched on by and off by plugging in and unplugging your GN20CE-NS, it's hard to accidentally drain the the 9-volt battery.
