For the price, GREAT little guitar

Picked up this guitar a couple of weeks ago. I was looking for something small, and considered a Parlor guitar, but just liked the profile of this one better and settled on it. Came promptly from Sweetwater and in perfect shape. The gig bag is nothing more than a canvas bag to put it in, no protection whatsoever, not an issue for me, for the price, I'd rather have the $ in the guitar.

Love the guitar! Nice feel, GREAT neck profile for my liking. I did my normal new guitar setup: Removed the original strings, soaked the neck in Formby's lemon oil 3 times until absorbed (walnut fretboard turned out REALLY nice!), lemon oil wipe down of the neck and body, polished the frets (Mothers California Gold aluminum mag polish, painters tape on both sides of the fret, rub till shiny), and a set of D'Addario EJ15 Phosphor Bronze Acoustic Guitar Strings - .010-.047 Extra Light.

Not a bad sound for this size guitar. Bass string sound is limited, a couple of times it sounded like I wasn't fully fretting the low E, but I was. It is a 47, I have another set of strings up next, Ernie Ball Earthwood Extra Lights, 10-50. Maybe that bigger low E will give me a bit more response, still, totally acceptable the way it is. Took a while for the strings to set and hold a tune, prolly 5 days, but good now.

For the price, and a bit of care and feeding, I love this little guy. I'd buy it again.
