Value-packed Jackson Performance

The Jackson JS32 Dinky solidbody electric guitar conveys instant attitude both sonically and visually. The amazingly affordable JS32 Dinky serves up thick, snarling tone and prodigious sustain, courtesy of its resonant, lightweight poplar body, arched top, and two high-output humbuckers. You'll appreciate the smooth playability of the maple speed neck. And the fully bound compound-radius fretboard is great for chording down low, and bending up high without fretting out. A real Floyd Rose licensed double-locking tremolo bridge completes the package, making the Jackson JS32 Dinky a guitar any serious player can love.

Jackson high-output pickups deliver aggressive tone

Looking for rock-solid metal tone? The Jackson JS32 Dinky delivers. That's because Jackson equips the JS32 Dinky with a pair of their custom-built ceramic-magnet humbuckers. These high-output humbuckers give you plenty of punch and serious bite whether you're plugging into a tube amp or using amp modeling. We've played a lot of guitars at Sweetwater, and we're impressed with the bang for your buck the JS32 Dinky offers.

Compound-radius fretboard delivers maximum playing comfort and performance

The JS32 Dinky features a 12–16-inch compound-radius fretboard for ultimate playability. This bound amaranth fingerboard (complete with classic Jackson shark fin inlays) is rounder near the nut for easy rhythm playing. As your playing heats up and moves up the JS32 Dinky's fretboard, the radius flattens out for easier runs and big string bends. With a neck that plays this slick, you'll be up at the 24th fret before you know it.

Double-locking tremolo bridge gives you serious performance and stability

Are you the kind of guitarist who likes to grab the whammy bar and really lay into those bends? Good thing you're looking at a Jackson. Even this humble JS32 Dinky features Jackson's epic build quality, which includes a Floyd Rose-licensed double-locking tremolo that's so stable, you'll never have to worry about your intonation. So, go ahead, wail away — your Jackson JS32 Dinky can take it.

Jackson JS32 Dinky Solidbody Electric Guitar Features:

  • A high-performance guitar for an amazingly low price
  • Dual Jackson custom humbuckers deliver hard-hitting high-gain tone
  • Compound-radius amaranth fingerboard feels great for rhythm and lead playing
  • Double-locking Floyd Rose licensed tremolo provides epic stability that can stand up to serious abuse
  • Slender graphite-reinforced maple neck for a fast feel and long-term reliability

Love the feel of this guitar

Awesome playability, great sound, I play every day. This guitar was perfect for me and it didn't break the bank. It looks good, sounds great & feels awesome.

Super steal

Cutting to the chase: the guitar looks even better in person: like a USA made Jackson Dinky, which I also own. I bought it as something to mod out with better pickups, and a tone block, building upon the resonant basswood, like they use on EVH Wolfgangs and Ernie Ball Majesty's. After plugging in though, and running it through my amp, I've changed my mind, it's great as is!

The action is simply amazing and the bridge humbucker in particular is more articulate than a pricey Seymour Duncan JB. You hear every note precisely and that was a complete surprise. The action and playability are excellent, allowing me to play more accurately, and try new things I can't on other guitars. It sounds very 80's / early 90's rock to me, and that was what I was going for.

This import is simply a super steal at this price. It's a real shredder, and stays in tune extremely well. Wowed by the bang for the buck! Forget the Kramer reissues, for twice the price: this delivers the tone. Fits perfectly in the new Jackson Dinky case, with ATA approved locks.

Great Guitar

A good friend of mine helped me choose this guitar. I was expecting to pay a ton for a guitar I could learn on and grow with. It was a very reasonable price. After my friend looking through the specs and giving me the thumbs up. I couldn't be happier. My buddy has been playing over 30 years. He would and probably will play this thing on stage.

Plays like a dream

I was a bit skeptical buying a DS Jackson, fearing it would lack in the quality department. I'm glad to say my skepticism has been obliterated. This guitar is worth every penny of its quite modest price tag. The neck is silky smooth and plays well, allowing your hand to run up and down it effortlessly. The double hummers have a nice crunchy tone and the satin finish is oh so sexy. I haven't hammered on the whammy yet to test it out and see if it stays in tune, but whether it does or does not, I'll still not be disappointed. This is a comfortable guitar whether your strumming it on your thigh or off a strap. And of course, you can't go wrong with Sweetwater's second to none customer service. Very satisfied customer.

Sub-par inspection

I have bought a few expensive guitars from sweetwater and had zero problems. I buy one cheap guitar for an upcoming deployment and feel a little robbed. The tuners are terrible, one actually broken. The floyd rose fine tuners either barely turn or turn with ease but don't tune. The guitar is beautiful but very cheaply made. If you're buying to fix up as I did it shouldn't be a problem, but if you're buying for a regular player I would save up for something better.
